Children's Ministry
Kingdom Kids
On Sunday mornings from 9:30am to 12:30pm Central provides attentive, healthy, and safe childcare for children ages 0 to 2.5 and engaging Sunday School classes and Children’s Worship for Preschool through 5th grade. Middle School and High School students are invited to participate in the Adult Study and Worship in the Sanctuary. Click here to read about our philosophy of children's ministry.
Nursery:
Childcare is provided for ages 0 to 2.5 in the northwest classroom on the 7th floor and is available from 9:30am to 12:30pm. We strive to provide an attentive, healthy, and safe environment which includes Bible songs and stories. in order to love and care for your children. Please let the caregiver know of your child's special needs.
Sunday School:
Sunday School is available for children in Preschool through 5th grade on the 7th floor on Sunday mornings from 10:00-10:45am. Through Sunday School, our children will learn about God’s great love for them and how they can love God, their family and others! These important Biblical truths will be learned through Biblically-inspired play, visual story-telling, prayer, games and crafts. A snack will be served.
Children’s Worship:
Families at Central are encouraged to engage their children in Worship as they feel led. Children may join their families during the 11:00am service in its entirety or follow their teachers upstairs to the 7th floor for Children’s Worship following the "Prayer with Children." Parents may pick up their children from the 7th floor immediately following the conclusion of the service.
During Children’s Worship, our children will learn how to worship God in response to his love for them as they continue to hear about God’s love and how they can love God and others and respond through song, prayer and crafts. A snack will be served.
