Serve
One of the best ways to get involved in the life of Central is to serve together with others!
Central seeks to bring the whole gospel to the whole city by serving our church and neighborhood through our words and deeds so that God's restorative love might be manifested throughout New York and beyond. As we continually reorient our lives to the reality of what Jesus has accomplished for us, through his life, death, and resurrection, God frees us from our self-centeredness to pursue a life of holistic generosity so that we might use our unique gifts to love and serve others. We are encouraged that although service requires sacrifice, God uses hardship and even suffering to make us more like Jesus and to demonstrate his strength in the midst of our weakness.
